I’ve had a wonderful experience with Elan Quail Apartments! Tammy has been amazing in assisting us in viewing available units, and walking us through the process step by step for renting. We are very thankful for all the help!

I just moved into this new apartment complex, and I gotta say, Tammy Haney was awesome throughout the whole process. She was super nice and made everything so easy for us.

I really enjoy living here. Very nice landscaping. Always quick with repairs. Neighbors are legit. Great location too

I lived here from 2007-2009 while living in Calif. I have to say I had some of my best times living here making friends with many neighbors. The pool, hot tub and gym are very nice! Close to the beach too

My mother lives there and apartment seemed nice. I fixed her sliding screen door.
