Tammy is the best manager our complex could ask for! She's always friendly, helpful, and you can tell she really cares about the residents. She checks in regularly to make sure we're happy, and she's so sweet with our baby - he gets very excited to see her every day! I'll never forget when I was pregnant and carrying some laundry. Tammy jumped right in and helped carry it up to our second-floor apartment without me even asking. That’s her - always looking out for everyone. Whenever something needs fixing, the maintenance team (Eric and others) makes sure it gets done fast - usually within 1-2 days. That's a huge relief! The trees around the complex are beautiful and make the area feel peaceful. Yes, the buildings are old and we don’t get as much natural light, I guess it’s part of their original architecture back then, but we haven’t had any other issues that you would’ve expected to have from living in old buildings.

She is fully aware of parking problems and has attempted to solve them. Tammy has upgraded everything, including my apartment!
